With over 15 years in the beauty industry, Miranda Matthew is passionate about helping women step into their power—through faith, artistry, innovation, and self-belief.

Her journey began behind the counter as a manager at MAC Cosmetics, where she discovered her love for developing people just as much as perfecting her craft. That passion led her to open and manage Inglot Cosmetics in Sint Maarten, marking a major milestone in her career and setting the stage for her to grow from artist to entrepreneur, and eventually, educator.

Over the years, Miranda has worked with countless professionals and clients who shared the same challenges—artists with incredible talent but no business structure, clients unsure of what truly makes them feel beautiful, and entrepreneurs chasing success without sustainability.

Through her programs, masterclasses, and coaching, Miranda’s mission is to merge artistry with strategy—helping others build confidence, clarity, and growth that lasts. For her, beauty is more than what you see—it’s how you feel, how you show up, and how you create a life that reflects your light.
